THE LOYALTY OATH TO VOTERS, NOT DONORS
Multiple independent studies have proven the root cause of the affordability crisis and Government corruption is PACs and Lobbyists. They have essentially bought our Congress Representatives from both parties, Republican and Democrat.
Voters have the ability this election to take back their power from the PACs and Lobbyists by demanding their Congress Representatives and Candidates for Congress pledge a LOYALTY OATH TO VOTERS, NOT DONORS. If they do not sign the oath, then tell them you will vote for any candidate in the primary who will. If multiple candidates sign the pledge, please pick the one whose policies align most with you.
Here are two videos explaining how PACS and Lobbyists have bought our Congress Representatives and Government.
- Corruption is Legal in America" by Represent Us (about 5 minutes long)

The Voter’s Guide to Calling Congress:
Topic: Stopping the Venezuela Invasion (Jan 3, 2026)
Step 1: Get the Number
You have two options:
-
The Easy Way: Call the U.S. Capitol Switchboard at (202) 224-3121. When they answer, just give them your zip code, and they will connect you to your Representative.
-
The Direct Way: Go to house.gov and type in your zip code to find your Representative’s direct office number.
Step 2: Know What to Expect
-
You probably won't talk to the Representative. A staff member (an intern, assistant, or voicemail) will likely answer.
-
Don't be nervous. Their job is to answer the phone and write down what you think. They are usually very polite.
-
It takes less than 2 minutes. You don’t need to debate them; just state your message.
Step 3: The Script
Read this script when someone answers the phone. If you get a voicemail, read this script clearly after the beep.
Staffer: "Hello, Office of Representative [Name], how can I help you?"
You: "Hi, my name is [Your Name] and I am a constituent from [Your City/Town].
I am calling because I want the Representative to oppose the invasion of Venezuela.
I am asking the Representative to do two things:
Vote YES on a War Powers Resolution to stop the invasion and bring our troops home.
Vote to CUT FUNDING for this unauthorized war.
This invasion is unconstitutional and illegal. Please do not let the President start a war for oil.
I would like a response telling me how the Representative plans to vote on this. My address is [Your Address]."
Staffer: "Okay, I will pass that on. Thank you."
You: "Thank you. Goodbye."
Quick Tips for Success
-
Be Polite. Yelling at the intern won't help. Being firm but kind makes them listen more.
-
Give Your Address. They need to know you actually live in their district, or they might not count your opinion.
-
Call Local. If the D.C. line is busy (it will be busy today!), look up their District Office number (usually in your home city) and call that one instead.
Email Template: Stop the unauthorized war in Venezuela immediately
Body of the Email:
Subject Line: URGENT: Stop the unauthorized war in Venezuela immediately
Body of the Email:
Dear Representative [Last Name],
My name is [Your Name] and I am a constituent living in [Your City/Town].
I am writing to you because I am deeply alarmed by the President’s recent decision to invade Venezuela without approval from Congress.
Our Constitution is very clear: only Congress has the power to declare war. The President cannot just decide to bomb another country on his own. Because this invasion was not approved by you or your colleagues, it is illegal.
I am asking you to do two things immediately to stop this:
-
Support a War Powers Resolution. You must vote to force the President to remove U.S. troops from Venezuela.
-
Cut the Funding. You must vote to stop any federal money from being used for this unauthorized war. If you cut the funding, the war stops.
Please do not let the President ignore the law. I want to know how you plan to vote on this issue.
Sincerely,
[Your Name]

Resources & Tips for Your Email:
-
Find Your Rep's Email: Go to house.gov/representatives/find-your-representative and type in your zip code. Most Representatives have a "Contact" page on their website where you can paste this message.
-
Customize It: If you have family in the military or personal reasons for wanting peace, add one sentence about that. Personal stories make a big difference.
-
Be Polite: Anger is okay, but threats will get your email deleted. Keep it firm and professional.

Send The H.E.A.L. Act To Your Congress Representatives!
Now, even if you elect me, I don’t start the job until January 2027, but we can take action today.
Please send the H.E.A.L. Act to your Congress Representatives! Below is a short guide that shows you how to find your representative’s contact info, and an email draft that asks your representative to have the H.E.A.L. Act submitted for review.
Here’s what that means:
- The Office of Legislative Counsel turns ideas into legal text, it’s a team of nonpartisan attorneys who draft the exact wording of a bill to make sure it meets constitutional and legal standards.
- After that, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) and the Joint Committee on Taxation (JCT) take over. These are independent, nonpartisan offices that serve both Republicans and Democrats.
- Their job is to analyze every major bill, calculating what it would cost, how much revenue it would raise, and what effect it would have on jobs, families, and the overall economy.
- They don’t take political sides. In fact, every major law, from the Affordable Care Act to the 2017 Trump tax cuts, went through this same process.
- That’s how real legislation starts moving in Congress, because we don’t have to wait for any election to have our government start investing in us and I’m sure there will be members of congress that will oppose the H.E.A.L. Act, and those are the members of Congress we vote out.
And remember vote on March 17, 2026, for Jazmin J. Robinson for Illinois’ 7th District!
Thank you so much and I hope you have a great day!

Step 1:
Find your Congress Representatives at https://www.congress.gov/members/find-your-member
Find out who’s running in the 2026 midterm elections at https://www.thegreenpapers.com/
Step 2:
Send your Congress Representatives the H.E.A.L. Act. Please also include any feedback you have regarding the H.E.A.L. Act too, because your voice matters!
Email 1: Urge Congress to Begin Work on the H.E.A.L. Act
Subject: Please Begin Work on the H.E.A.L. Act
Body:
Dear [Representative’s Name],
My name is [Your Name], and I’m a constituent in [Your City or ZIP Code]. I’m writing to ask you to begin work on the H.E.A.L. Act (Health Care, Education, Access to Government & Fair Markets, and a Living Wage), a comprehensive, bipartisan policy framework that addresses the root causes of our nation’s economic and social challenges.
The H.E.A.L. Act is designed to:
-
Provide free, high-quality health care while lowering costs for everyone through negotiated prices.
-
Guarantee access to affordable childcare, pre-K, and tuition-free public colleges and trade schools.
-
Ban PAC, Super PAC, and lobbyist money from influencing elections, restoring government accountability to voters.
-
Break up monopolies that raise the price of groceries, housing, and energy while protecting small businesses.
-
Establish a living wage tied to the cost of living, with credits to help small businesses transition smoothly.
I respectfully urge your office to submit the H.E.A.L. Act to the Office of Legislative Counsel for formal drafting, and then to the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) and Joint Committee on Taxation (JCT) for official scoring and economic analysis.
These nonpartisan offices work for both parties and provide trusted, independent data on costs, revenue, and economic impact, the same process used for every major piece of legislation, from the Affordable Care Act to the 2017 tax bill.
You can review the full text, funding details, and frequently asked questions about the H.E.A.L. Act at JazminJRobinson.com.
The American people deserve solutions that lift everyone, not just the wealthy few. I hope you will champion this effort and help bring the H.E.A.L. Act to the floor for review and discussion.
Thank you for your time and service.
Sincerely,
[Your Full Name]
